Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and Boulder Creator Network, 1200 Pearl St. #314, Boulder, CO 80302. By using this site, submitting a form, or buying a campaign, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We are an independent creator marketplace. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any university.

We are a managed service. We match a business with a local creator, agree what will be made, coordinate the work, and pay the creator. You do not browse creator profiles, negotiate rates, or manage a marketplace yourself.

We set campaign pricing and we determine creator compensation. Creators do not set their own rates, bid for work, or compete on price.

The founding campaign costs $299, paid once. It includes:

• A Boulder creator matched to your business by us, not by a search box.
• The creator visits in person and shoots on location.
• One finished vertical video, delivered to you as a file you keep.
• Posted to 2 channels minimum: the creator's own Instagram and TikTok.
• We handle the brief, the scheduling, and paying the creator.
• One revision included.
• No long term commitment.

Turnaround is approximately one week from the point a creator is matched. No subscription. No auto renewal. You decide whether to run another.

Perpetual use on your own channels, website, and paid advertising.

That grant covers your own marketing. It does not include reselling the content, licensing it to anyone else, or presenting it as someone else’s work. The creator keeps authorship of what they made, and may keep the content on their own channels.

You see who the creator is and what they plan to make before filming. You review the finished content, and one revision is included. Nothing is published on your behalf without your approval.

A revision means changes to the content we agreed to make. A request for something substantially different from the agreed brief is new work, and we will tell you that before doing it rather than after.

Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us anything a creator needs to know before visiting. If a creator is coming to your premises, make sure it is safe and lawful for them to be there and to film.

Do not ask a creator to make claims that are untrue, unlawful, or that you cannot substantiate. We will decline work that would require it.

Creating a profile does not guarantee you work, and it does not oblige you to accept any opportunity we offer. We tell you what the project is and what it pays, and you decide.

If you accept an opportunity, you agree to deliver what was briefed, to disclose the commercial relationship as the law and the platform rules require, and to have the right to everything you include in what you make. You are paid for accepted work whether or not it performs well.

The campaign fee is payable up front. If we cannot match you with a suitable creator, we will tell you and refund you. If you cancel after a creator has been matched and work has begun, we may retain a portion of the fee to cover the creator’s committed time, and we will explain the amount before charging it.

Boulder Creator Network does not guarantee views, engagement, sales, or bookings. Campaigns run under a written agreement and scope of work.

We will do the work described and we will do it properly. We cannot promise a particular audience, level of engagement, or commercial result, and we will never claim otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Changes do not affect a campaign already underway.
