Privacy Policy

We collect what you type into our forms, plus a record of which campaign or link brought you here. We use it to reply to you and to match you with a creator. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@bouldercreatornetwork.com.

If you use the business form, we collect your business name, your name, your email address, your business category, what you would like content made about, and roughly when you need it. Your mobile number, your website, and any additional notes are optional.

If you create a creator profile, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, city, confirmation that you are 18 or older, whether you already create content, the categories you are interested in, your general availability, and which social platforms you use. A username or profile link for each platform is optional. We do not ask for follower counts.

You choose to give us all of this. We do not buy it, and we do not collect it silently in the background.

If you reach us from a campaign link, an email, or a printed QR code, that link carries a small number of tracking values: the source, medium and campaign name, which creative or placement it came from, and an opaque reference code. We store those in a first party cookie so they survive while you move around the site, and we attach them to your enquiry so we know which campaign it came from.

That cookie cannot be read by scripts on the page, it lasts thirty days, and it holds only those tracking values. It contains no name, no email address, and no contact details of any kind. Our tracking links are deliberately built so that personal information is never placed in a web address.

What you submit is sent to Radius Reach, the platform that operates Boulder Creator Network behind the scenes and holds our creator and campaign records. That transfer happens between servers, and the information is used to run your enquiry or your creator profile.

We also use ordinary service providers to make the site and our email work, including our website host and our email delivery provider. They process information on our behalf in order to provide those services.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside this network for their own marketing.

A creator profile is internal. It is not published, not indexed by search engines, not browsable by businesses or by other creators, and not automatically shared with clients. Authorized Boulder Creator Network and Radius Reach administrators can see it. If we introduce a creator to a business, we prepare a separate summary containing only the information we deliberately choose to include.

If you ask us to contact you, we may email you about your enquiry and about creator opportunities. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and our postal address. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we stop.

We keep enquiries and creator profiles for as long as we are working with you, or while there is a realistic prospect of working together. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bouldercreatornetwork.com and a person will answer. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local privacy law, and we will honor them.

You can also block or clear cookies in your browser. Our tracking cookie is not required to use the site or to submit a form.

This site is not intended for children. Creators must confirm they are 18 or older to create a profile.

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
